Who is Albert?



Albert Coll Poblet was born in Barcelona 61 years ago and has been a chef since he was 18. After consolidating his career in Catalonia, he landed in Andorra more than 20 years ago to face new challenges. According to Albert, what he and his team like the most is cooking for people. That, in some way, customers who come to their restaurants enjoy a good meal with their loved ones. Clàssic Arans and La Cantina dels Racons offer different gastronomic experiences, but with the same philosophy. Under the motto of ensuring that customers are comfortable, they prepare original and tasty dishes from top quality raw material.
